Oaktree Group takes over ProDyne Telecom and IT from Den Bosch

Zaandam / Den Bosch, June 8, 2018 – Oaktree Group, owner of a complementary group of companies that deliver Cloud-based IT and Unified Communications solutions as Managed Services, has taken over ProDyne Telecom and IT. ProDyne supplies IT and Unfied Communications solutions to SME organizations and the Enterprise market.

In recent years, the company has grown rapidly in terms of turnover and new customers. In order to be able to take the next step and to continue to provide services that customers demand, and to be able to continue to guarantee the high quality of current services, this acquisition was a logical step. For the Oaktree Group, the acquisition of ProDyne means a concrete addition to knowledge and expertise, in particular in the field of Mitel technology.

In addition to ProDyne, the companies Oaktree ICT Services, Sencit, MDRX and WireItUp are also part of the Oaktree Group.
